  • Logged into Google Chrome and your Compass email account

  • Updated your password

  • Paired the Okta Verify app on your phone with your Okta account

  • Logged into the Compass Real Estate app

  • Accessed Compass.com

If those steps have been completed, congratulations! You’ve completed part one of your Compass onboarding.

Part 2: Register for a Welcome Session

Now that you have completed your self-led account login, it’s time to see the Compass tools and applications in action during a virtual group welcome session.

For the next 90 days, the Onboarding Team will be sending you emails that will provide critical information needed to successfully complete your transition to Compass. These emails will include surveys, check-ins, and quick tech-tutorials. These messages will introduce you to everything you need at Compass in less than 5 minutes per day!

 

Coaching at Compass

Your 1-stop shop for all things programming and coaching. We offer an array of programs specialized to the Compass experience and cover topics such as tools, marketing, accountability and lead generation. We recommend all agents new to Compass enroll in our flagship, 7-week program Compass CORE to help you onboard and take advantage of all Compass has to offer.
